Comprehensive Steam System Evaluations
Our Comprehensive Steam System Evaluations include a steam trap survey utilizing the latest Infrared (IR) and Ultrasonic technologies to accurately pinpoint steam trap failures and various other issues impacting your steam and condensate systems operation.
STEAMGARD will also provide technical troubleshooting and review the operating conditions of all the steam utilizing equipment and the auxiliary infrastructure to ensure the highest level of performance can be achieved and maintained. Our findings and recommendations will be submitted to you in a detailed report.
Steam Trap Replacement Projects & Commissioning
STEAMGARD's expert installation and retrofit teams of engineers, onsite field supervisors, and steam technicians are trained to ensure the highest quality installations with minimum operational interruptions.
If installation services are conducted by your maintenance personnel or outside contractors, STEAMGARD can provide personnel training and supervision, in addition to helping with commissioning the project.
As the work is being completed, STEAMGARD personnel will review the progress regularly to minimize your time for walkthroughs, punch lists, and final acceptance.
Our team is flexible. Services can be performed when it is least likely to have impact on day-to-day operations– nights, weekends, or even holidays.

Maintenance Services & Performance Warranty
The performance of our Venturi Nozzle steam trap is guaranteed for up to (20) twenty years and can be extended. Although the system requires minimal maintenance, we are pleased to provide long-term Inspection/Testing and Maintenance Services to you, at your request.
These services, available throughout North America, feature an onsite response time of 48 hours or less.
